Refund Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made in connection with the games and applications published by Isaev LLC ("Isaev", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
This website sells nothing
We do not sell products, subscriptions, or services on this website. It has no shop, no checkout, and no payment form, and we do not collect or store payment details through it. Every purchase connected with our products is made inside an application, through the app store that distributed it.
Where purchases are made
Our games and applications are distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you buy a paid application, an in-app item, or a subscription, that transaction is with Apple or Google rather than with us: the store is the seller of record, it charges your payment method, it issues the receipt, and it holds the funds. Our share reaches us afterwards as a developer payout. We never receive your card, bank, or other payment details.
It follows that we cannot process a refund ourselves — only the store that took the payment can return it. The rest of this policy sets out how to reach the store, and what we will do to help if you need us.
Requesting a refund from the Apple App Store
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, choose the item, and give the reason for the request. The same request can be made from the Settings app on your device. Apple's own guidance is published as Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple. Each request is decided by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Requesting a refund from Google Play
Request the refund from your order history in the Google Play Store, from the product's page in the store, or through Google Play support. The rules that apply are published as Learn about Google Play refund policies. Google offers a self-service refund for most purchases made within a short window, and considers later requests individually.
Time limits and eligibility
Refund windows, eligibility, and the treatment of in-app items that have already been used are set by the store's published policy in force at the time of your request. We do not set those terms and cannot extend them. A request is far more likely to succeed if it is made promptly and describes the problem plainly.
Subscriptions
A subscription bought through a store is managed in that store's account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund a period that has already been paid for. Both stores renew automatically until cancelled, so cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Instructions are published by Apple and by Google.
If the store declines your request
If a store turns down a request and you believe the purchase failed because of a fault in our product — an item paid for but never delivered, a charge our code raised twice, or a defect that made the product unusable — write to us at support@isaevlabs.com and include:
- the store receipt or order number;
- the email address of the account used for the purchase;
- the product, the platform, and the date of the purchase;
- a short description of what went wrong.
We aim to respond within five business days. Where we find the complaint is justified, we will confirm this to the store in support of your request. To be clear about the limits of that: we cannot overrule a store's decision and we cannot pay you directly, because the funds were never ours to hold. What we can do is make sure the store has the facts.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law. Consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content; where that right applies it exists alongside the store's policy and is not replaced by it.
Payment disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer rather than with the store, the store may suspend or withdraw access to the purchased content while the dispute is open. We would rather the matter were settled properly, so please approach the store first, and us afterwards if the outcome seems wrong.
Sales made directly by us
We do not currently sell anything directly to consumers. Should that change, this policy will be updated to describe how refunds work for such purchases before any of them is offered.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
