Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Isaev LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. It applies to this website and, where stated, to the mobile games and applications we publish.
Who we are
Isaev LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Isaev LLC is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at privacy@isaevlabs.com.
Information we collect on this website
This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser. No cookies of any kind, whether ours or anyone else's; no local storage, session storage, or other client-side storage; no device fingerprinting. It has no user accounts, no registration, and no web forms, and it loads no scripts, fonts, images, or embedded content from any other domain — every file a page requests comes from this one.
There are therefore no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts to disclose, and we build no profiles of visitors. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no cookie consent is required for this website and no consent banner is shown.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs when a page is requested — including IP address, user agent, referring page, and timestamp. These logs exist to keep the site secure and available, are not used to identify individual visitors, and are retained only for a short period by the provider.
Information you send us directly
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach. If you apply for a role, we receive the application materials you choose to send — typically your name, contact details, and CV.
- General correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records of it.
- Job applications are kept for up to twelve months so we can consider you for related openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Information collected by our games and applications
Our products are distributed through third-party app stores. Where an app collects personal information, the specifics are disclosed in that app's store listing and in-app privacy notice. In general terms, our apps may process:
- device and diagnostic data, such as device model, operating system version, crash reports, and performance metrics;
- a pseudonymous app or device identifier used to keep your progress and settings working across sessions;
- records of purchases made through the app store, which the store processes on our behalf — we never receive your payment card details.
How we use personal information
We use the information described above only to:
- respond to your messages and consider job applications;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and products;
- deliver purchases and provide customer support;
- comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, on the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, and on compliance with our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate — our website host, email provider, and the app stores that distribute our products — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where personal information is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may have equivalent rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@isaevlabs.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children. Where a product of ours is intended for a general or child audience, that is stated in its app store listing, and the product is operated in accordance with the applicable requirements for children's privacy, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in circumstances requiring verifiable parental consent without obtaining it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be highlighted here.
